Secondary Sources

In the secondary sources table, the builders' names appear in a remarks field and may have other text before and after. It may therefore be necessary to use the % character to represent "any characters". Thus one may find the text "Willis" in the middle of a remark by searching for %Willis%. Note, the following abbreviations appear F&A, G&D, H&H and N&B. If you want to search the secondary sources type your search text below:

Restrict scope of search

Some sources contain information relating to a large number of places. It is possible to restrict the results to a smaller, more easily displayed, set by specifying some keywords in the address. Keywords can be significant words from the building name and/or the place.
